Build
The systems, apps, sites and dashboards your business runs on.
Technology • Design • Strategy
Modular business systems for inventory, orders and bookkeeping, plus the websites and automation to run them.
Start with one module. Add the rest when you're ready.
What we do
Three clear jobs. Start with one — they combine into a system whenever you're ready.
The systems, apps, sites and dashboards your business runs on.
Cut the busywork and tighten the process around what you already do.
Keep it running once it's live — billed per job, no monthly lock-in.
In-house catalogue
Modular business systems, sold individually and mostly one-time.
Track stock, prices and low-stock alerts, synced to a simple dashboard.
Capture orders and clients, issue invoices, and queue checkouts.
Auto-ledgers built from orders, with tax and payment reports.
Each module works on its own, then combines into one system.
Featured product · Live product
Pila Systems is Luna Studios' production queue-management platform. Customers join through a signed QR code or web link, see their live position and estimated wait, then staff move the line from teller consoles while lobby displays update in real time.
Supported editions: No-Print for virtual queue + SMS and With-Print for printed counter tickets.
Customers scan a rotating QR or open a secure link, with operating hours enforced.
Ticket pages show position, estimated wait, and when to proceed to a counter.
Full-screen boards show every active counter and update as tickets are called.
Call, serve, complete, recall, and mark no-shows with one active ticket per counter.
Notify customers when their turn is near, with credits and delivery logs in admin.
Manage services, counters, users, roles, branding, hours, public QR, tickets, and plans.
Website design
Responsive sites for cafes, studios, contractors and service teams — clear offers, real proof, a direct path to inquiry.
Backup plan
The live web app needs a connection. Scheduled exports and simple import steps give your team a fallback path when internet or service access is interrupted.
In practice
Use the latest stock export as a reference, record adjustments separately, then reconcile the system when access returns.
Keep a temporary sales and receipt log, then import or enter updates once the app is available.
This is a continuity workflow, not a promise that the full web app runs without internet. Export and import details are scoped per project.
Step 01
The system prepares a downloadable backup on a schedule you set.
Step 02
Use the latest export for reference and record outage-period changes in a temporary file.
Step 03
When access returns, import or enter the changes so the live system catches up.
Common questions
Cost, lock-in, reliability, starting small — answered.
No. Most offerings are one-time, so there is no monthly lock-in. SMS runs on top-up credits, maintenance is billed per job, and customization or scalability are added only when you are ready.
Yes. Buy any module on its own and add the others later. Each module works independently, then combines into one system whenever you choose.
The web app needs internet for live updates. For continuity, Luna can set up scheduled exports or downloadable backups so your team has a recent file to reference, records changes separately during the outage, and reconciles updates when the connection is back.
You buy SMS credits from Luna and top them up only when you need more. Alerts send from your remaining balance, so you are never locked into a recurring SMS plan.
Luna does, billed per maintenance job, so you only pay when work is actually done rather than on a fixed monthly retainer.
Yes. Customize and add modules later, when the business is ready, so the system scales at your pace instead of all at once.
